[amsat-bb] PcSat & Starshine3 Centre Frequency's

Hi All
after monitoring quite a few passes of these two Sats recently I have 
determined that the centre Frequency (using an FT847)is:-
PcSat 145.8275Mhz
Starshine3 145.823Mhz+-500Hz (It's difficult to get a precise figure on this 
one due to the short length of the transmissions)
