[amsat-bb] HNY-activity on AO-40

Hi AO40-User,

there is a good window between America and Europe at the
last day of this year. What about a "AO40-HNY-Party"?
The signals during this periods of AO-40 were excellent.
The next (and the last in this year) good window is:
Dec. 31. 2001, 13:20 - 16:20 UTC (MA 20 - 60).

Please use minimum power in order to give also the QRP-stns
a chance.
