This is a biography of Johannes Kepler

Kepler was the first astronomer to determine the mathematical relationship
which can be used to predict the motion of planets, sattelites, etc.

Hence - the Keps or Keplerian co-ordinades we use.

I found this interesting and so I though others might also.
