[amsat-bb] LO-19 with HamScope

I copied LO-19 CW telemetry with "HamScope" program using only
Soundcard, not TNC, at 01:35:30UTC 23Dec, 437.125MHz(+/- Doppler).

 CH 8: +8.5 voltage           0.056*156=8.8            Volts
