The one I have in my office is AS17-148-22727, a photo taken by Apollo 17
astronauts on their way to the moon, showing the African continent. It might
not have the moon-scape in the foreground, but it is still one of my
favorites. 

For you high-res image hounds, both AS17-148-22727 and AS08-14-2383 (aka
68-HC-870) can be retrieved at high resolutions from the NSSDC at Goddard
Space Flight Center:
