[amsat-bb] AO-40 New Schedule

The AO-40 schedule has been modified slightly.  Here is a copy of the N-block.

Note that from MA = 88-92, there is no passband.  Both K and S2 Tx's are 
transmitting the beacon only.  The passband end time has been changed from 
MA = 220 to 180.  These schedule times will be changed every few days as 
the ALON decreases.
