[amsat-bb] DEM 13LNA Preamp

I have recently constructed a DEM 13LNA preamp.  I have set up the bias as
follows:

Drain Current        15 ma

Gate Voltage        -0.29 volts

Drain Voltage        2.49 volts

I have no way to measure nf.  Does anyone have any information on how to set
up bias for optimum nf?  Also, I would be interested on measured nf for this
preamp.  Advertised nf is < 0.7 db.  However the spec sheet for the device
shows nf of about 0.3 to 0.4 db at 2 Ghz.
