I think that using that dish you cannot receive the noise from the moon.
because the gain of it is too small.
Probably you are receiving withe noise from another side,probably a
terrestrial noise.
Try again please with the moon when it is in a very different AZ and EL
How many dB of noise do you receive from the sun at 2400 MHz ?
For example using 10 GHz and a 5 meters dish on EME the noise received from
the moon is barely only 3 dB and this noise is used to track the moon
