[amsat-bb] KPC-9612 Plus TNC Assistance Needed

Is anyone out there useing the 9612 Plus TNC?  I have an inquiry on how it
should be setup for WiSP.  I don't know anything about the Plus model
except lots of people have trouble initially setting it up correctly for
WiSP.  I will need your MSPE TNC Startup.txt file, if used, also.  You can
