[amsat-bb] Conifer Downconverter ID

Hi to the group....does anyone know about the Conifer MDS 
Downconverter?....The ID  "MDPLN" is stamped on the label on the front 
side...MDS CH 1 and output Ch2 are noted on the front.  Can this 
downcoverter be used for 2.4?
I cannot seem to find any information about this downconverter using normal 
search engines.  I am in hopes that someone knows of this device and that 
it can be modified for use for A0-40.
