Don:

I am copying RUDAKA at 2401.743.8 at 23:57 UTC 12/15/01.  It is pinning the
S meter at 60 dB over S9 with transponder noise level here at S5 (OK, so I
could use some attenuation in the line :)  ).

MA is according to Nova 137.8.

So the bird is still FB.
