When receiving beacon with AO-40RCVR i got peaks 10 to 12 DB above S noise 
(taking 10DB par graph section) most of the time at squint below 40 with 75% and 
more of goog crc.

QUESTION REGARDING DOPPLER COMPENSATION?

There is a way to control an FT-847 by the UP and DOWN mic front connector? 
my FT-847 is one of the first version who can read only the FRQ'S data. And i 
remember to have read a post where someone try to hook these pins to a tracking 
program switching UP and DOWN through relays.
