FO-20,29 status

FO-20 is now in mode JA continuously, not mode JD.

  JAS-1b (FO-20)
    Voice/CW Mode JA
    Uplink 145.900 to 146.000 MHz CW/LSB
    Downlink 435.800 to 435.900 MHz CW/USB

FO-20's beacon signal is now weakly transmitting as only carrier
at 435.795 (+/- doppler).

FO-29 is now working as mode JA from 4 Dec 2001 through 31 Mar 2002.

  JAS-2 (FO-29)
    Voice/CW Mode JA
    Uplink 145.900 to 146.000 MHz CW/LSB
    Downlink 435.800 to 435.900 MHz CW/USB
Operational, rotated with digital mode and digi-talker.
    Callsign 8J1JCS
    Digital Mode JD
Uplink 145.850 145.870 145.910 MHz, FM Manchester Code
Downlink 435.910 MHz 1200 baud BPSK
    Digitalker 435.910 MHz
Operational, rotated with analog mode and digi-talker.

FO-29 is now working as mode JA, so we can hear CW beacon at
435.795 (+/- doppler). We can analyze these CW telemetry with
"fo29cwte" program which is posted at the URL below.

When FO-29 is working as mode JD (maybe 2002), we need to use
the TNC for JAS mode i.e. Up:"FM Manchester Code" and Down:"BPSK"
such as TNC-241 or TNC-555 (TASCO JAPAN). Unfortunately these
TNC are not sold now.

We will be announced the operation schedule of FO-29 by JJ1WTK,
Kazu Sakamoto on AMSAT-BB.
