[amsat-bb] Help PCSATLM1

Hi

Using PCSATLM1.EXE  and having problems.  If you have this working
I would appreciate some help.

Using the file option to replay a  .TLM  ASCII file captured from PCSAT
using a Tiny-2 clone. 1200 baud TNC and Procomm software.

Using the File option to replay the ASCII file.
PCSATLM1 seems to be reading the file. The V command
displays the contents of the  file  BUT nothing appears
in the  telemetry display.

PCSATLM1 and the .TLM file are in the same directory.
