[amsat-bb] Horizon LEO Link

OJ, I don't know if it's a foregone conclusion that you need a "long" beam
with five watts to work an LEO--assuming there is anyone to work within
range of you.  :)  I've made numerous UO-14 contacts with five watts and a
19 in. rubber duckie from the very congested US east coast where there can
be unbelievable contention on the uplink.
