In the good old days, SO-35 did...  I think most are Mode J now, at least
the ones I can think of (UO-14, pacsats, Fujis, etc).

I used to enjoy the UHF uplink.  No Asian rubbish, low power still worked
well, and a nice strong downlink for minimal stations.
