I apologize for my statement, my source actually said "HF" antenna, and I
assumed it was 10m like I saw in some AMSAT documentation (
http://www.amsat.org/amsat/sats/phase3d/10m_tx.html ) - my mistake for
ASSuming.

I was told the 10m antenna was behind the solar panels and would be deployed
when they are, if/when they go to 3-axis stabilization mode.

Does anyone know what the status of the other "claimed" up/down links
such as the 15m up & 10m down etc...
