[amsat-bb] AO-40 Activity

I feel certain that anyone who has called CQ from horizon to horizon
during FO-20/29 passes without any answer is not surprised at the
activity on AO-40.  BTW - FO-20/29 has both 145 and 435 mhz capability! 
There are just not that many regular users out there and I suspect there
never will be.
