Re: AMSAT & Combined Federal Campaign



Religious groups do this all the time with limits.  Brother Stair will
promise to send you something for your donation of $20 or more.  Rest
assured if you send $19.99 and ask for the item you will not get it.

I do not know if this is a precedence or not (or an example we want to
follow).
