[amsat-bb] Satellite to satellite lasercom success

According to http://www.spacedaily.com/news/laser-comm-01a.html, ESA was
successful in its initial trial to communicate between SPOT4 and Artemis via
laser.  Let's hope that bodes well for AO-40!
