[amsat-bb] Satellite name change

According to several sources, all the GE satellites have been renamed AMC.
The significance to many of us hams is that NASA TV is on GE-2 (now AMC-2)
so if you are trying to locate that satellite in orbital elements, the name
has changed.  The NORAD catalog number remains the same.
