Project HAND update

Remember Project HAND at the UK's Bristol University ? the project is still
alive and kicking and progress is being made. They also had some physicists
start development of a real science payload to detect radiation for a second
satellite should they get that far.

Current works are covering the sensors, separation propulsion and dynamics,
the RF amplifier, and the ground software.

The student who is looking at the ground software is going to turn it into a
more user friendly package. He has updated the website which now includes a
questionnaire for interested Radio Amateurs to outline the equipment and
capabilities they have and what they would want from the software.

Please see <http://www.handsat.co.uk> for the questionnaire and further
