[amsat-bb] it's getting harder and harder

It seems to me that it is getting harder and harder to get a
APRS position packet via the ISS station because there
are so many trying to have a QSO.....

I have my beacon set to ONCE every 60 seconds....

the reason I say this is that I get home, look at the computer
and don't see a thing from my station. Check ARISS dot NET
and not a thing there either......

Tell me I'm wrong....
