Dear Hardy--
I enjoyed very much our QSO via AO-10 a few minutes ago. It was my
first transatlantic contact via AO-10, and it was a pleasant change
from my usual struggle with my inefficient S-band recieve system on
AO-40. Your signals further improved after our QSO, and I continue to
recieve you at a good 4-4 as I type this message.
I was fortunate to be in my station and happened to look at my tracking
software and noted that AO-10 was in an excellent location for EU DX;
had it been any lower in my easter sky it would have been eclipsed by
ny house.
I can certainly confirm reports from other AMSAT ops that AO-10 is in
especially good health lately!
