[amsat-bb] IRC Problem Solved

Thanks to all who replied that their connection to #amsat on Duckchat was
working 'just swell'. It seems that the Duck and Bill don't like each other.
On two different machines, an old copy of Microsoft Chat would not connect
up with the Duck. It did work fine for Chatnet. Changing the software over
to mIRC and all is well now. Thanks folks, for your input. 73 Keith N4ZQ
