[amsat-bb] FT-790II 25W->10W

I don't have a tech manual for my FT-790II. Can someone point me to a drive 
or ALC pot (board/part ID number) that I can adjust to get the "high" 
setting down to 10W? I picked up a second hand AMP that requires <10W in.
