[amsat-bb] TX S1 forever out of order ???

Hi all,

on the status page of Amsat-dl, I've read that the tx s1 have a down arrow
with red background !!

This meaning that the tx s1 is broken ? Why nobody explain the accident on
TX s1 ???

What is the status of the experiments on AO-40 ??
