[amsat-bb] don't forget pocketsat/pcsatellite

those of you in daylight savings time areas....

if you are using pocketsat or pcsatellite, you will have to manually go in and 
change the utc offset. if your palm does not have the daylight savings hack, you 
need to update the time on the plam and make the change to both palm satellite 
tracking programs.
