[amsat-bb] Link Model on AMSAT FTP Site

All,

I noticed Paul now has my link budget posted on the AMSAT
FTP site.  It's under software, spreadsheets.  It's zipped.  It is the
Excel 2000 version.  If you need an older version you can
contact me at w3gey@amsat.org.  If I get lots of requests
for that I'll have Paul put up a '97 version.
