Hi Keith,

I'm using WinPSk 2.11. Under Settings|General Setup check "Duplex Satellite 
Mode" and there you go!

I find the AFC is pretty good in this version. I've actually used it for a 
terrestrial 10 GHz PSK31 contact as a test.
