[amsat-bb] WiSPDDE, SatPC32, TrakBox, Satscape.

Hi all,
    The latest beta version (3.0.58) of WiSPDDE can act as DDE server for
SatPC32.
    This version can also drive TrakBox as rotor controller.
    Satscape tracking program is added to DDE Servers supported.

    No *real* testings on these have been performed, feedback is
appreciated.
