[amsat-bb] TR-9500 LSB option

I used to have a Kenwood TR-9500, but as I remember the lsb crystal was in
it from the factory.

The TR-9300 (6 m version) that I had did not have the crystal for lsb but
the manual did tell you the specs if you wanted to order one.

If you don't have the manual I am sure a call to Kenwood would help even
though the radio is no longer made.
