I've never located a manual for WISP other than the Help, which although
helpful, isn't enough to get you started IMHO, as it assumes you already
know quite a lot about what you're trying to achieve. Once you're going the
Help is useful, but it won't get you up and running.

I used an excellent online source (http://www.ne.jp/asahi/hamradio/je9pel)
to get WISP going from scratch.

Can you tell me where to find the manual?
