[amsat-bb] Yet another antenna controller

I'm considering building a PIC based controller for my G5400B that will
basically take a 6 digit input from a serial port (3 for az, 3 for el) and
point the antenna there.  It will also respond to a Query and return the
current az/el position.

Does it seem like I'm reinventing the wheel here, though?
