Not an off-the-shelf, many people are using surplus MMDS (Digital 2.4GHz TV)
downconverters typically with either a 122MHz or 144MHz IF for 2400MHz in.
To use with a dish you'd want to use either a patch or helix feed for
circular polarization rather than the standard dipole linear feed. Many
people are using pre-amps in this configuration. You can also use a 18" DSS
dish as did several here. I chose a 90cm because I'm thinking about using it
to receive the K-band downlink.

Not being familiar with LNB or LNBF configurations, is there such a
thing as off-the-shelf LNBFs that plug into this dish that will work at
AO-40 S2 frequencies?  What downconvertion IF Frequencies are typical.
