[amsat-bb] PCsat reset again.

I just caught PCsat in the act of two resets within 6 minutes of each
other while it was over the central USA.  Dont have any  ideas why this
may have occurred, but we will watch it more closely.  Because it was the
middle of the pass, I was able to reload it befor LOS.

You can tell it has reset when it goes back to the W3ADO-1 callsign and
the telemetry count goes to T#001.
