[amsat-bb] AO-40, Orbit 433, MA = 56

The RUDAK was turned on early tonight (Orbit 433, MA=56) to allow us to get 
some extra GPS data.
We will be back in transponder mode at MA = 87.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but the GPS data is very important for us to 
obtain.
