[amsat-bb] 9600 Mod to 736

Thanks to all of you that responded. I put the 2 meter side of the 9600
rx in place and I will see how it works on the next pass I see. I use
the TNC3s dual TNC and the IFD board. The only trouble was it only took
care of the 432 side of the radio. I now have a switch selectable feed
to the tnc for each band. Thanks again.
