STARSHINE telemetry #2

I received some telemetry frames from STARSHINE at 07-Oct, Sunday.

  Ante. : ZQ-81H (LAMDA) , 144MHz Cubical Quad 8 ele.
  Rig : TS-790S (KENWOOD) , 144/430MHz transceiver
  TNC : TNC241, TMB965 (TASCO) , G3RUH type modem
  Comp. : 486DX2/66MHz (VIP) , DOS/V computer
  Soft. : Exterm.exe , Program for communication

My equipment are as stated above. TS-790S was modified for 9600.
TNC put time stamps on each packet. The property of this Quad is;

  Gain F/B Weight Length
  17.2dBi 25dB 3.8kg 2.61m

STARSHINE was transmitting many clear signals every 123 seconds,
or every 2 minutes and 3 seconds as follows.

I analized here only the bottom frame in the above three frames.

STRSHN>AP0422:>de N7YTK.0900
^^^^^^
This is a ID of the sending station from "STARSHINE".

STRSHN>AP0422:>de N7YTK.0900
       ^^
This is required to make STARSHINE packets APRS compatible,
allowing them to be hosted by the APRS network.

STRSHN>AP0422:>de N7YTK.0900
         ^^^^
The timestamp in hex is 0422, i.e.

  4 * 16^2 + 2 * 16^1 + 2 * 16^0 = 1058 seconds

This packet was generated 1058 seconds, or 17 minutes and 38 seconds
  after STARSHINE deployment.

  332(hex) = 818(dec)
  3AA(hex) = 938(dec)
  422(hex) = 1058(dec)

Therefore STARSHINE is transmitting exactly the beacon every
  120 seconds.

STRSHN>AP0422:>de N7YTK.0900
                        ^^^^
"9" is the most significant character.
  "0" are currently undefined.
