RE: ts2000 & ao40 help

I use a second downconverter (Microwave Modules) to take the IF down to
28MHz for the RX only antenna.
I know Jerry K5OE uses a Hamtronics d/c to achieve the same thing.
Works great except the gain's way to high... noise starts at S9 for me! A
couple of 10dB attenuators placed at strategic points will help here.

I am interested in ideas from those satellite users with a ts-2000 set up
for Oscar 40.
I am looking at several ways to go from 2400 mhz down to either 2m or 10
meters (using the receive only port).
