[amsat-bb] RS12 transponder

Hi all
worked UA1CKB via RS12 @ 2145 utc last night and couldn't detect any 
distortion on the signal, however when I tried today @ 1310 utc the 
distortion was back again (R3-4), the beacon sounded OK despite 10m being 
open to Europe. I will look again tonight to see what the signals are like .
