[amsat-bb] AO-40 reception.

I have kludged my system together, just to see if I can receive 
anything.  I am not sure I hear any beacon right now, but I am 
getting a signal at 145.298, (2.401.298) which sounds like digital 
data.  It is 23:14 UTC right now.  The signal is rapidly shifting up
in frequency, so I assume Doppler?  Have I found it?
