[amsat-bb] PCsat 9600bps NEW callsign

I reported yesterday that PCsat had the following two side callsigns.

  Side    : A         B
  Freq.   : 145.825   144.390
  ----------------------------
  1200bps : W3ADO-1   PCSAT-11 (AFSK)
  9600bps : W3ADO-2   PCSAT-12 (FSK)

But I confirmed today, 4 Oct, that the NEW callsign of the 9600bps
(145.825MHz A-side) was changed to "PCSAT-2" as follows.
