[amsat-bb] Re- the 2.4m dish

To all who showed interest in the dish, I originally had three replies which
I put into a hat, my wife drew out
Andy Thomas G0SFJ.
As it turns out he is the chairman of the newly formed  National Space
Centre ARS in Leicester, so I am sure it will be put to good use.
