When I use these in Nova with the PCSAT keps from Bob, I show PICOSAT &
PCSAT very close. Are they close in orbit?

Here are the latest keps off the OIG page.
As always, please note that the satellite name assignments might not match
the actual satellite. NORAD assigns the keps by order of deployment. At this
time, only 2 objects are registered, I think there were 4? so this will
probably update several times in the next day or two.
