[amsat-bb] PCSat Epoch Time?

When I enter the keps into Nova, the epoch time as shown on the web site is:
2001 273.15972.  If I input this into Nova directly, it translates it to
2001.0000.  If I just use the 273.15972, Nova shows 9/29/2000 03:49:59, one
year earlier.  What am I doing wrong?
