[amsat-bb] PCSat 2 line Keps

Has anyone developed 2 line Amsat format keps yet?...I tried it manually and 
it is clearly evident I don't know what I'm doing....

I will eventually find the program out there to do it but wit a short time 
till the passes start in the US I'm trying not to reinvent the wheel...
