[amsat-bb] PCsat heard

Congraturations PCsat team!

I heard PCsat signals on 145.825MHz. I decoded 1200bps packet. I heard
9600bps packets but I could not decode then.

I watched Sapphire after PCsat LOS. I could hard nothing.
