[amsat-bb] PCsat name change

I now have updated APRSdata in the local area (Maryland) and it is doing
its normal thing of transmitting the positon of PCsat on 144.39.  You will
see it on http://map.findu.com/PCst and other APRS internet sites.
Notice the call of the APRS "object" is now "PCst"

I am no longer uplinking the object "PCSAT"

Remember, LISTEN ONLY.  PCsat is not open for general use for at least 2
weeks of operational checkout.

Callsigns of PCsat are:

PCSAT-11, -12
W3ADO-1, -2
