[amsat-bb] ao 40 becon snr

I ask this question on the bb last week and did not get lot of responses.

If I have a system that can receive sun noise 6.5 dB above the background
noise what should I revive the beacon above the noise given an off point
angle of < 10 deg and a range of 50,000 km? and should i be able to see the
xponder noise floor ?
